Monitoring:

  • Storage tank temperature
  • Hot Water supply temperature and Warm Water supply temperature to the building
  • Primary Hot Water Pump(s) operation,
  • Hot Water return temperature or Warm Water return  temperature from the building
  • Secondary Hot Water Return Pumps (Rediset Deluxe) and Secondary Warm Water Return Pumps (Rediset Deluxe) operation
  • UV Lamp operation

Provide data for local BMS only via Ethernet with up to 14 system notifications and alarms, in BACnet TCP/IP or Modbus TCP/IP.  

Optional Extras:

  • 4G Connectivity for Remote Monitoring with Rheem Commissioning Defects and Liability or Service Contract (299320-1)
  • 4G Connectivity (299320-2) for Remote Monitoring Only

Including 12 Months Remote Monitoring.
Provide data for local BMS via Ethernet and remotely via Rheem Connect portal to Facility Management team and/or Rheem Service team.

Provide peace of mind for all stake holders, as any operation outside normal limits may be set to trigger an alarm for onsite service team, remote facility management team and Rheem Service team.

Ensure ongoing compliance with legal obligations for providing specific input information for local BMS systems and remotely via Rheem Connect portal.
