Water to Water (W2W) 71 kw to 213 kW Commercial Heat Pump Plus

Rheem's Commercial War to Water (W2W) Heat Pump Plus range is designed for large commercial hot water systems with both indoor and outdoor installation.

A truly commercial grade heat pump that delivers hot water up to 65°C with a heating system Coefficient of Performance (COP) up to 5.07 at 20°C Cold Water temperature, increasing up to 7.01 at 35°C Condenser water temperature.

Detailed engineering has tuned the system operation allowing the heat pump to operate in low Cold Water temperature, reducing the reliance on auxiliary heating methods, thereby improving overall annual efficiency.

All models are made to order with 10-12 weeks lead time.
 

Optional Condenser: For longevity in harsh domestic water conditions, a suitable Copper Tube in Tube condenser heat exchanger is available.

The water heater shall be Rheem Commercial Heat Pump Plus model 955071-213 with a nominal heating output of (see table below) kW and C.O.P of (see table below) at 20°C Cold Water temperature. The water heater shall have a delivery temperature of up to 65°C and be capable of connecting with building return circulation loop. The refrigerant shall be R134a. The water heater shall conform to Australian Standard 3498 and be WaterMark certified. The water heater shall be factory assembled and tested. The water heater shall be manufactured with shell and tube evaporator, double-wall brazed plates or vented Copper tube in tube condenser and the casing shall be marine grade aluminium. The water heater shall have outputs for connection to a BMS system and have auxiliary boost control function linked to cold water temperature. The water heater shall incorporate tank temperature sensor, building flow temperature sensor as well as the following sensors for water in, water out and discharge refrigerant temperature, high and low refrigerant pressure transducers, evaporator water out temperature sensor with freeze protection functionality in low cold water temperature conditions.
